Valet parking makes the ONT travel experience even easier
ONTARIO, Calif. - Dec. 20, 2016 -- Convenient valet parking is now available for Terminal 4 travelers at Ontario International Airport (ONT).
Passengers flying with the airport's two largest carriers, American and Southwest, can pull their cars right up to the outer island directly in front of the terminal. An attendant collects their keys and flight information, and travelers then walk just a few yards into the terminal.
"Ontario International is committed to offering our customers the most convenient, streamlined service possible, from the moment they arrive at the airport to the moment they board their flights," said OIAA Chief Executive Officer Kelly J. Fredericks. "Valet parking is one of a number of new amenities we're rolling out to make Ontario the smoothest and most hassle-free travel experience in Southern California."
The valet service is provided by Parking Concepts Inc. (PCI) at an introductory daily rate of $20. Directional signs guide customers to the valet line, which is outlined with black posts. Click Here for Details
In addition to collecting travelers' keys, the valet collects their return flight information. PCI's system monitors their flight status, taking note of any changes or delays to ensure their car will be waiting curbside when they arrive.
The service is available from 4 a.m to 2 a.m every day. Reservations can be made online at https://valetparkingapps.com/contact.php or by calling (909) 937-1240. Customers can also call that number to provide information on any changes to their itinerary.
Payment can be made in cash or by major credit card. Vehicles are securely parked in nearby Lot 5. Information on all of the services and amenities available to passengers at ONT can be found at flyONTario.com.
