Elisa Grey, Chief Revenue Management Officer. Elisa Grey has over 24 years of experience focusing on business attraction, retention, and project management of commercial development projects within the Inland Empire as an economic development professional having worked for the City of Fontana and the County of Riverside

As the Chief of Revenue Management with the Ontario International Airport Authority, she has been essential in overseeing commercial development opportunities including project managing 4.1 million square feet of industrial development, the 90+/- acre South Airport Cargo Center, the container freight station, liaising with our cargo carrier partners (including UPS, Amazon, FedEx, etc.) and assisting in a leadership capacity when appropriate to help progress opportunities for the OIAA to increase revenue potential from non-aeronautical development. Ms. Grey is responsible for non-aeronautical revenue generation of more than $48 million and under her purview, oversees Concessions, Parking, Rental Cars, and Real Estate (in terminal properties as well as commercial development)

Ms. Grey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Riverside, a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies, and an MBA both from Azusa Pacific University.
